Was looking for a simple game to play on my lunch breaks and this is exactly it :) The animation is so endearing. Well done.

I love the art style and the cutscenes and the story the only thing i don’t like about Oddmar is that it is a little short and I hope you add more levels but besides that I think Oddmar is a great game and worth the money and that you did a great job on it and the graphics.

I was really wanting brawl stars but this game is better. There are no micro transactions only a one time payment.

Tiene un buen diseño de niveles, al arte es increíble y los personajes carismáticos… lo único malo es que es muy corto el juego.. y siento que la historia termina de forma apurada… y sus habilidades si bien son adecuadas para el juego pues pudo ser mejor..

I love this game, the graphics, sound, design, smooth game play, great story, etc. I wanted to come back and play it again, but I cannot find a way to reset the game, despite trying everything. Please create an option to reset the game! I would give it 5 stars if I could play it again.

I have collected every weapon and shield but the achievement says its only 80% completed. Besides that the quality of the game surprised me for just being a mobile app. I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone trying to find a game to play on either their phone or ipad!

Oddmar places more emphasis on its story than you’d expect. It’s most certainly not a visual novel, but it does have gorgeous cutscenes that are an absolute joy to watch, all narrated by a charming narrator who describes what’s going on and voices every character. Unfortunately, Oddmar’s story is its weakest aspect (in my completely subjective opinion). I won’t be getting into spoilers, but I can tell you that it promises a lot at the beginning but doesn’t quite deliver, leaving several plot elements unexplained or not quite fleshing them out to my satisfaction. You might be wondering why I’m choosing to focus on a platformer’s story instead of its gameplay. That’s because I couldn’t think of much of anything else to criticize—the rest of the game is almost flawless. It’s one of the best platformers available on iOS. It’s fluidly animated, it’s as tough as nails in later levels but completely fair (its difficulty curve is executed very well in my opinion), and most importantly, it’s as fun as heck. I suppose my only other complaint is with the controls, but this complaint is a minor one. You see, the default controls have you swiping the left and right sides of the screen to control Oddmar. I hated this setup, but I dug around in the options menu and found the game had an alternate control scheme, one with onscreen buttons. This secondary control scheme works like a dream, and I’d recommend switching to it the first chance you get. If you like platformers, get this game. You won’t regret it.

They should make more games like this!!! This game has a great story and it very fun!!! It not like those modern games that show up on popular console that lost concept the true meaning of playing video games..

The graphics are beautiful, the combat is fun, the story is pretty good, and puzzles are just right in difficulty. I'm trying to get every achievement, but there is one that requires you to kill 30 enemies with the spear. I have played through every level in the game with the spear, yet still don't have the achievement. I have no clue what I'm meant to do to get the achievement. Anyways, great game other than that!

游戏设计的太难了吧，起码让人玩的顺心吧，根本就过不去，设计那么难是为了什么，十遍二十便都过不去，存心就这点东西是吗？玩游戏为了解压，能带来操作感，手感，视觉冲击感，而不是一门心思的无底线增加难度？游戏的本质是什么？游戏的理念是什么？基本底层逻辑没搞明白，游戏设计无论多精致，多复杂，都脱离了游戏的初衷和本质，就好比挣钱为了生活，不能因为挣钱而失去生活，那样的话即便挣几千万也不会快乐，我感觉你们设计者们脑子就是一根筋，脱离游戏的本质。概念问题没搞明白，路线没走对，你坐火箭也无法到达目的地，你们懂吗？你们懂吗？你们懂吗？👿👿👿👿

I was a bit skeptical but glad I bought the game. 4 years of no updates but the game is still fine to play. It’s fun and some are easy and some are more challenging that requires patience and practice but not impossible. Definitely 👍

This game is awesome in that I can play it & it’s NOT to aggravating that you can’t play …I love the adventure through out & the different levels…exciting & fun in such a cute way…I’m hoping for more & looking for a 2nd game of this…

I rate this game 5 star cause im into vikings and norse mythology and the concept of me jumping into different realms thats all i can say i have no problem playing and i love the story it hypes me up overall the game is a 9 out of 10 for a 5.00$ game.

This game is so cool. I really like the last boss,Loki. He was pretty hard but it was still cool. The boar and squirrel levels are my favorite. You really should download this game. It’s fun!

Best platform since… well for a long time. Great story & play! Plenty of secrets to find. I beat it but am not even close to finding all the Valhalla levels. Glad they left it open for a sequel. Here’s hoping it’s like 2x longer. As an 80s Mario playing kid, these games are far superior to any new “runner” game or frankly any new game. Well worth the $. I’m 40 & this game made me feel like a kid again. Thanks so much!!!!

There is something horribly wrong with the bee sounds at least on my end. I tried closing the app, it does this in my phone speakers as well as headphones so it’s not a speaker issue it’s with the application it’s self. Basically the issue I’m having is the bee sounds are wildly wildly overdriven sounding with massive clipping. If my volume is at let’s say 50% the bees sound at about 400% I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max, with the latest version of iOS.

I have just started my journey but wanted to say this, I have listened to the overture loop many times. It is really well written, arranged, recorded and produced. Excellent job and kudos to all involved in creating this piece of music. Off I go to explore!

Despite the game mechanics being very simple, I really like the gameplay. Very addictive

Raises my heart rate quite a bit and a bit addictive, but funny and engaging.

The buttons are too small to adapt to the iPhone 12max.

The game is beautiful and I love the art style, so I’ll give it 3 stars for that. Its two stars short of perfect because it is so dang hard to control!! I’ve tried using the touch controls and a remote controller and it’s still difficult! Oddmar doesn’t move quickly, he doesn’t jump far, and the life bar is unforgiving. You get two hearts - that’s two bumps from an enemy and you’re back to the last checkpoint. This is infuriating and I’m deleting the game. It looks like a lot of effort and love went into this game, which I can appreciate, but I can’t continue to play a game that pisses me off within 10 minutes.

Easy short and has tough bosses what more could you want plus you get to ride a boar eat a mushroom and get new swords and shields.

Fun little platformer clearly filled with love for the classics like Mario and Sonic. Collect mushrooms and coin rings as you dangerously bounce around your enemies! Story segments are cute and well-animated, but do essentially nothing to enhance the actual gameplay, so I wouldn’t feel bad about skipping them all.

Neat concept, pretty thoughtful levels, but it’s just way too short and easy. Roughly 2-4 hours of playing time (only 20 fairly short levels), was expecting more for a $5 game.

This was so much fun. The challenges for each level are actually challenging, but I felt myself wanting to beat the level so I could get the next little bit of the story. It was like playing a book. The whole story is actually narrated which makes it sound like you are reading a book. If a 2nd one ever comes out I will definitely be on board. It isn't a super long game, but it is well worth it. I am sad it is over.

This platformer is absolutely amazing! I will be sure to immediately buy any more of your games or Oddmar sequels. The mechanics, art style, and story are just amazing!

Love the music, setup, character and creatures in the game

This game is perfect in every way, it’s colorful and so much fun. Reminiscent of the Rayman games this one is a must buy.
